In 2011 when I went through the unexpected loss of my father, strangers stepped up to help me through that difficult time in ways I never would have expected. Inspired to pay it forward, I delivered flowers to a friend of a friend who lost her father earlier this year just months before her wedding. After the video went viral, I created the Kind Effect to continue doing good deeds because I saw the impact these positive stories can make in the lives of others.
